1General Provisions

3Account Security

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The payment methods currently accepted at bg55 are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All payments are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for all methods)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.

Withdrawals

• New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (the combined total of deposit and bonus must be wagered 15 times).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Conditions for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets or playing games.
• bg55 reserves the right to decline or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of a breach of conditions.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP level through regular and active participation. bg55 may change the benefits of each VIP level at any time.

6Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on bg55:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, for pre-live bets, there may be an option to cancel under specific conditions before the event begins.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is suspended or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the standard rules in effect.
• bg55 reserves the right to make corrections in cases where winnings arise from a system error or unintentional mistake.
• bg55 may withhold payment pending investigation if a suspicious betting pattern is detected.

Fair Play

All games on bg55 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. The outcome of each game is determined independently and does not depend on previous results.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse — meeting wagering requirements by artificial means or circumventing bonus conditions.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage (collusion).
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Receiving or making payments from or to third-party accounts.
• Posting false, misleading or abusive comments on the platform.

bg55 also reserves the right to take legal action as a result of the prohibited activities listed above.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension or Closure by bg55

bg55 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of providing false information or identity fraud.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• A court order or direction from a legal authority.
• Evidence of prohibited activities (Section 7).

Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting bg55 support. Please ensure all valid balances are withdrawn before submitting your account closure request.

As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is also available to voluntarily restrict yourself from the platform — see Section 10 for details.

9Limitation of Liability

bg55 strives to provide the highest quality of service. However, bg55's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server disruptions or internet connectivity issues.
